シナルーム（以下「本ツール」）は、株式会社リンコノミ（Linkonomy Inc.、大韓民国）が開発・提供するソフトウェアです。シナリオテキストからオンラインセッションツール用の部屋データを生成します。本ツールは開発中であり、機能は変更される場合があります。事業者情報は特定商取引法に基づく表記をご覧ください。
本ツールは非公式のツールであり、ココフォリア株式会社その他いかなる企業とも提携・承認関係にありません。本ツールに関するお問い合わせを同社に行わないでください。
ご購入により、お客様は本ツールを個人的または業務上で利用する非独占的な権利を得ます。本ツール自体の再配布・再販売・改変物の配布はご遠慮ください。本ツールで生成された部屋データはお客様のものであり、配布・販売を含め自由にご利用いただけます。
本ツールは現状有姿で提供されます。生成結果はお客様ご自身でご確認ください。本ツールの利用により生じた損害について、当社は購入代金を上限とする範囲を超えて責任を負いません。
販売および決済は決済代行事業者（Merchant of Record）を通じて行われます。請求明細には同社名が表示される場合があります。返金については返金ポリシーをご覧ください。
本規約は大韓民国法に準拠します。ただし、消費者としてお客様の居住国の法令により保障される権利は、これによって制限されません。

ScenaRoom ("the Tool") is software developed and provided by Linkonomy Inc. (Republic of Korea). It generates online-session room data from scenario text. It is in active development and features may change. See our business information.
The Tool is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CCFOLIA Inc. or any other company.
Purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use the Tool personally or commercially. Redistribution, resale, or distribution of modified copies of the Tool itself is not permitted. Room data you generate is yours and may be used, distributed, or sold freely.
The Tool is provided as is. Please verify generated output yourself. Liability for any damages arising from use of the Tool is limited to the purchase price paid.
Sales and payment processing are handled by a Merchant of Record. Their name may appear on your billing statement. See our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any consumer rights guaranteed to you under the laws of your country of residence.
