This policy applies to ScenaRoom, provided by Linkonomy Inc.

1. What we collect

• Early access sign-up: email address and the role you select (GM / player / author)
• At purchase: name, billing details and payment method are collected and stored by our Merchant of Record. We never hold your card details.
• Support enquiries: whatever you include in your message

2. How we use it

Only to send release announcements, process purchases, and provide support. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Scenario data

Scenario text processed by the Tool is used solely to generate room data. We do not use your content for training purposes.

4. Storage and international transfer

Sign-up data is stored on a hosted cloud database and administered from the Republic of Korea, where we are based. Payment processing is delegated to our Merchant of Record.

5. Retention

We keep sign-up data until its purpose is fulfilled or you ask us to delete it, then remove it promptly.

6. Access, deletion and unsubscribe

Email scenaroom.dev@gmail.com to access, correct or delete any information we hold. You can unsubscribe at any time.
